In the future, the population of St. Eustatius will enjoy a higher level of prosperity in a livable environment. This is the vision statement of St. Eustatius for the next decade. To reach a higher level of prosperity for the island and the people of Statia, economic growth is required. An expanding economy will go in hand with population growth and development of, among others, touristic amenities and facilities, extra homes and infrastructure. A sustainable development is required to maintain the authentic character of Statia.
