PUBLIC NOTICE

The Island Council of the Public Entity Sint Eustatius hereby informs the general public that the decision taken by the Island Council to approve the Spatial Development Plan on April 29, 2011 has been proclaimed on May 10, 2011 (AB 2011 no.10) and has gone into effect. In accordance with article 7 of the Spatial Development Ordinance St. Eustatius of 1991, the

Spatial Development Plan
and the Advice of the Committee of Experts

for the Public Entity of St. Eustatius will be placed for public review, as of May 13, 2011 for a period of 6 weeks. Objections can be submitted in writing to the Court of First Instance / het Gerecht in Eerste Aanleg Bonaire Sint Eustatius en Saba, Frontstreet 58 (Courthouse) in Philipsburg, Sint Maarten, within this period of 6 weeks.¹⁾.

The Spatial Development Plan can be reviewed at the Government Guesthouse, the Planningbureau and on the website www.ro-sinteustatius.nl.

 OPENBARE BEKENDMAKING

De Eilandsraad van het openbaar lichaam Sint Eustatius maakt hierbij bekend dat het besluit van 29 april 2011 van de Eilandsraad om het Ruimtelijk Ontwikkelingsplan vast te stellen is afgekondigd op 10 mei 2011 (AB 2011 no.10) en in werking is getreden. Conform artikel 7 van de Eilandverordening Ruimtelijke Ontwikkelingsplanning St. Eustatius, 1991, worden het

Ruimtelijk Ontwikkelingsplan
en het Advies van de Commissie van Deskundigen

voor het openbaar lichaam Sint Eustatius ter inzage gelegd vanaf 13 mei 2011 voor de duur van 6 weken. Gedurende deze periode van 6 weken staat schriftelijk beroep open bij het Gerecht in Eerste Aanleg Bonaire Sint Eustatius en Saba, Frontstreet 58 (Courthouse) te Philipsburg, Sint Maarten.¹⁾

Het Ruimtelijk Ontwikkelingsplan kan ingezien worden op het
Government Guesthouse, het Planningbureau en op de website www.ro-sinteustatius.nl.
